For nearly 20 years, I worked in downtown Toronto’s high-pressure legal information field. I know what it’s like to appear successful while feeling drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected. That experience taught me a crucial lesson: clarity and calm don’t come from working harder—they come from working differently, with yourself, not against yourself.
I’m a Master’s-level Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), offering online therapy across Ontario. My approach blends evidence-based methods—including CBT, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness—with real-world insight into professional pressures.
This isn’t therapy as another checkbox. It’s a grounded, practical space where you can untangle mental noise, reconnect with what matters, and develop focus, balance, and perspective that feel authentically yours.
