Discover your path forward

Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I understand that reaching out for help is a brave and meaningful step, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

At Inner Counsel Psychotherapy, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where individuals 18 and older from across Ontario can find support and move towards healing through online therapy.

Your own pace, on your own terms

Together, we will explore your strengths, face challenges, and find clarity as you move toward a more fulfilling path. This is a brave step towards growth and well-being. You’re not broken, and your needs truly matter. I’m here to support you as you work towards the balance you’re seeking.

My approach is humanistic and person-centred, focused on your unique needs. In my integrative, trauma-informed practice, I aim to support you in exploring your story and finding ways to move forward. Through self-compassion and mindfulness, we’ll work together to create a supportive space where you can explore your strengths and potential.

With a strong foundation in both psychotherapy and information science, I bring a unique blend of skills to my practice. I am a Master’s level Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), having earned my degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. My commitment to professional excellence is reflected in my memberships with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). These affiliations ensure that I regularly receive clinical supervision and engage in ongoing professional development, allowing me to provide the highest quality care to my clients.

Before transitioning into psychotherapy, I spent nearly 20 years as a law librarian, holding a master’s degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS). In that role, I provided research and reference services across all areas of law, which honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. My diverse background allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to therapy, integrating empathy with a deep understanding of the complexities of life. My goal is to support clients in navigating their challenges, helping them find clarity, confidence, and a path forward in their lives.
